Correct breathing crates an energetic aura for a body. When we breathe the breath of life goes “solar plexus” than it goes back side of a body and down and again it comes front and goes out. This circling repeats through breathing.
Especially when we are shocked, nervous, afraid, unhappy briefly while feeling far away from relaxed and ruhig mode, five times correct breathing exercises make us to calm and logical mode.
To reach the enough calmness for a body, we should communicate the inner soul of the body. So that enlarges our auras and visions. Also it makes us to decide correctly.
The technique is take breath by nose and holds it into the body. And count until five. Then while counting five give the breath by mouth. Repeating this technique relaxes the body and support us to think positively.
